The Houston Barnard Neighborhood

Welcome to Houston Barnard!

Our community is located in the Town of Brighton, near the City of Rochester in Monroe County, NY. Houston Barnard originally developed the subdivision in the 1920’s. It is renowned for its stunning homes, thoughtfully landscaped properties, and convenience to town, country, expressways, shopping, clubs, private and public schools.

Homes run the gamut from English Tudor, to colonial, to contemporary estates built within the last 5 years. As an active neighborhood, Houston Barnard is home to residents who include joggers, cyclists, and amblers who treasure the quiet, tree-lined streets and lamp-lit sidewalks, and who look forward to the neighborhood gatherings.

I hope you enjoy the slide show of materials I have designed for the neighborhood over the last decade.
